WARRANTY & RETURNS

Order Processing & Production

Many of our products are made to order or built based on selected finishes and configurations. Production timelines vary by manufacturer and are listed on individual product pages when available.

Once your order is placed, it is processed promptly with our manufacturing partners. Because of this, changes or cancellations may not be possible after a short processing window.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Most orders ship via freight carrier due to size and weight. Freight deliveries require scheduling and are typically curbside delivery unless otherwise specified.

You will be contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment.

 

Important: Inspect Upon Delivery

It is critical that you inspect your order at the time of delivery.

  • Check all packaging and items for visible damage
  • Note any damage or issues on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Take clear photos of any damage

Failure to note damage at delivery may limit the ability to file a claim with the carrier.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

We will work with the manufacturer and carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This may include replacement parts, repair, or full replacement depending on the situation.

 

Returns & Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse.

However, returns may be considered in limited cases depending on the manufacturer’s policies. Approved returns may be subject to:

  • Restocking fees
  • Return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs (non-refundable)

Custom, made-to-order, and special-order items are typically non-returnable.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within a short window after purchase, typically before production begins. Once an order has entered production or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

 

Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product type. Most products include manufacturer warranties covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Warranty claims must be submitted with photos and supporting details. We will assist in coordinating warranty support with the manufacturer.

 

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper use, storage, or maintenance
  • Commercial use unless specified
  • Environmental damage beyond normal exposure
