All orders cancelled after 72 hours are subject to a 20% cancelation fee. If the order has shipped, The Customer will be responsible for delivery and return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that used when placing your order.

Damages:

It is important for The Customer to inspect the packaging/condition of the item(s) when they arrive. Products that arrive damaged and are ACCEPTED at delivery must be handled through the courier’s customer service channels.

Defective Products:

In the rare event that a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, the issue will be handled directly through the product’s manufacturer warranty.

Most manufacturers address defective items by offering a repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the issue and their specific warranty terms. Warranty policies vary by manufacturer.

Forever Wicker Furniture does not process refunds or exchanges for defective merchandise. However, we are committed to supporting our customers and will assist in coordinating communication with the manufacturer to help ensure the warranty claim process is as smooth and efficient as possible.
