We want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help every step of the way.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 48 hours at no cost.

After 48 hours, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. If your order has already shipped, return shipping and delivery costs will also apply.

Any approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, we recommend taking a quick look at the packaging and items to make sure everything looks good.

If something arrives damaged and is accepted at delivery, the shipping carrier will handle the claim. Don’t worry—we’re happy to help point you in the right direction if you need it.

Defective Products

If your item has a manufacturing defect (rare, but it can happen), it will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Most manufacturers will repair or replace the item depending on the situation.

While we don’t process refunds or exchanges for defective items directly, we’re absolutely here to help. We’ll assist you in connecting with the manufacturer and make sure the process is as smooth as possible.

Returns

Because many of our products are made to order or custom configured, we are unable to accept standard returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or incorrect selection.

We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, our team is happy to help prior to purchase.

Eligible Returns (Case-by-Case)

In certain situations, return requests may be considered within 7 days of delivery, subject to supplier approval.

If a return is approved:

  • A restocking fee (typically 20% or more) may apply
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • The product must be returned to the manufacturer or designated warehouse

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Made-to-order or custom-configured products
  • Items with selected finishes, fabrics, or modifications
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products that have been assembled or used

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Original delivery costs and any return freight will be deducted from refunds
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be denied
