All orders cancelled after 72 hours are subject to a 20% cancelation fee, whether or not your order has shipped. (All orders are custom in nature and made to order) If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for both delivery and return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.


The Customer is required to inspect the packaging/condition of your item(s) when they arrive. Products that arrive damaged and are ACCEPTED at delivery must be handled through the courier’s customer service channels.

Defective Products:

Any defective product must be handled through the product’s manufacturer. Most manufacturers will handle defective products as a warranty claim and will either repair or replace the defective product. (policies can vary between manufacturers). will not refund or exchange any defective merchandise, but we will assist customers with working with the manufacturer.
