  • Production Time: 4-6 weeks
  • Shipping Time: 5-10 business days via freight carrier
  • Estimated Delivery: 5-7 weeks from order
  • Custom upholstery or specialty finishes may extend lead time to approximately 7-9 weeks
    
• Post-Purchase Customization:
  For items with extensive fabric options, selections may be finalized after purchase to ensure accuracy

7. Care & Maintenance

DecoScape furniture is designed for low-maintenance outdoor use.

• Cleaning:
  Use mild soap and water for routine cleaning
  More durable surfaces like porcelain can handle deeper cleaning when needed
• Fabrics:
  Performance fabrics are designed to resist fading, moisture, and mildew
• Protective Covers:
  Furniture covers can help protect against debris and harsh weather, but should not be left on for extended periods of time. Long-term use without airflow can trap moisture and lead to mildew, discoloration, or surface damage.
• Ventilation & Storage:
  When using covers or storing furniture, ensure proper airflow to prevent moisture buildup. If possible, allow furniture to fully dry before covering.
• General Preventative Care:
  Avoid prolonged exposure to standing water, and periodically clean surfaces to prevent buildup of dirt, pollen, or debris. Regular light maintenance will help preserve both appearance and performance over time.
